Program Description:
The change in Indiana’s compulsory
education law that was enacted in 2007 had a major impact
for GED examiners across the state. This presentation is
a clarification of those changes by Kevin McDowell, legal
counsel for the Indiana Department of Education. Mr. McDowell
shared this information with GED examiners at a recent state
conference.
