The freshman year of high school is
a pivotal year in the life of a student. Research has shown
much correlation between the freshman year and high levels
of failure and discipline rates. In this episode, the benefits
of peer mentors for freshmen as they transition from middle
to high school will be explored. Resources for developing
or revamping a freshman mentor program will be identified.
Dan will be presenting at
